Terms of Use

1. Eligibility & Age Restriction

LoverBite contains playful content for couples in a relationship. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to create an account or access any part of the App. By using the App you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

2. Licence to Use

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable, limited licence to access and use the App for private, non‑commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. All intellectual‑property rights in the App, including text, stories, dares, graphics and software, are fully owned and remain with AffinityLabs AI.

3. Account & Player Data

• Email login – You may sign in via magic‑link email using Firebase Authentication. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your email account.
• Player names – Names you enter are stored locally on your device. You may delete them at any time via the in‑app settings.
• You agree to provide accurate information and not to impersonate any other person.

4. Purchases & Payments

LoverBite currently offers one‑time purchases to unlock premium dare modes and stories. Access to “soft” mode and some stories is free. Payments are processed by a third‑party payment processor; we do not collect or store your full card details.

4.1 Refunds

If you experience an issue with a purchase, please email affinitylabs.ai@gmail.com. Refund requests are reviewed on a case‑by‑case basis in accordance with applicable law.

5. Acceptable Use & Prohibited Content

You agree not to:

• Use the App in any way that violates applicable law or regulation.
• Share content that is unlawful, hateful, or exploits minors.
• Attempt to copy, decompile, reverse‑engineer, or hack the App.
• Transmit viruses or malicious code.

Prohibited content includes, without limitation:

• Non‑consensual sexual acts, rape, incest, bestiality
• Child sexual content or any depiction of under‑18s
• Extreme violence, gore, snuff or fantasy snuff, self‑harm
• Bodily excretions, urination between persons, vomiting
• Prostitution or exchange of money for sex
• Racist or hate content, sacrilegious content intended to incite
• Kidnapping/abduction, forced or hypnosis during sexual activity

6. Intellectual‑Property Infringement

If you believe content in the App infringes your copyright, please email affinitylabs.ai@gmail.com with sufficient detail so we can investigate and, if appropriate, remove the material.

7. Complaints & Appeals

You may submit complaints or appeals by emailing affinitylabs.ai@gmail.com. We acknowledge and review within 7 business days. Outcomes may include no action (with explanation), content updates/removal, or account actions. If a disagreement persists after our internal review, we commit to resolution by a neutral body.

8. Disclaimers

The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the dares or stories will improve your relationship or that the App will be available without interruption or error.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or in connection with the App shall not exceed the greater of (a) £30 or (b) the fees you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We shall not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App immediately if you breach these Terms or if required by law. On termination, your licence will cease and you must stop using the App.

11. Links

External links may appear in the App. All external links open in a new tab or window and we are not responsible for their content or availability.

12. Changes to the Terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time. We will notify you via the App or email of material changes. Your continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms.
