Complaints & Appeals

How to submit

Please email affinitylabs.ai@gmail.com with the subject line “Complaint” or “Appeal”. Include:

• A clear description of the issue and why you are reporting or appealing
• Relevant URLs or identifiers (e.g., story title)
• Any supporting information that will help us review

Our review process

• We acknowledge receipt and begin our review within 7 business days.
• We evaluate the report against our Terms (including prohibited content) and applicable law.
• We may request additional information if needed.
• We will notify you by email of the outcome once the review is complete.

Potential outcomes

• No action (with explanation)
• Content update or removal
• Account warnings or restrictions

Appeals

If you disagree with a decision we made, you may appeal by emailing the same address with the subject line “Appeal” and explaining the reasons for your disagreement. If a disagreement persists after our internal appeal, we commit to resolution by a neutral body.
