This page explains how to report content that may be illegal or violates our standards, and how to appeal decisions relating to such reports. LoverBite is operated by AffinityLabs AI.
How to submit
Please email affinitylabs.ai@gmail.com with the subject line “Complaint” or “Appeal”. Include:
- A clear description of the issue and why you are reporting or appealing
- Relevant URLs or identifiers (e.g., story title)
- Any supporting information that will help us review
Our review process
- We acknowledge receipt and begin our review within 7 business days.
- We evaluate the report against our Terms (including prohibited content) and applicable law.
- We may request additional information if needed.
- We will notify you by email of the outcome once the review is complete.
Potential outcomes
- No action (with explanation)
- Content update or removal
- Account warnings or restrictions
Appeals
If you disagree with a decision we made, you may appeal by emailing the same address with the subject line “Appeal” and explaining the reasons for your disagreement. If a disagreement persists after our internal appeal, we commit to resolution by a neutral body.
